Dear Students of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Medan Area, Implementation of Practical Work Seminars, Proposal Seminars & Results Seminars can be done Via CloudX with the following conditions:
1. SK Seminar has been published
2. Students submit approval to the examiner and supervisor and determine the time of the seminar
3. Students must report to IT support study program at least 3 days before the seminar (To Make Seminar Invitations)
4. Providing devices such as laptops that are connected to the internet (additional equipment hasset if the laptop does not have a microphone)
5. Prepare seminar presentation slides (Must Send Materials to Lecturers Together with Seminar Invitations)
6. Must understand the application before starting the seminar
Implementation of the Session (Green Table) can be done Via CloudX with the following conditions:
1. Decree of the Session has been issued
2. Students submit approval to the examiner and supervisor and determine the session time
3. Students must report to IT support study program at least 3 days before the seminar (To Make Invitation)
4. Providing devices such as laptops that are connected to the internet (additional equipment hasset if the laptop does not have a microphone)
5. Preparing seminar presentation slides (Must Submit Materials to Lecturers Together with Invitation to the Session)
6. Must understand the application before starting the seminar
